Curb Appeal & Pride of Ownership

A yard you'll love
coming home to.

The moment you turn into your driveway matters. A beautifully landscaped property doesn't just look impressive from the street — it changes how you feel every single time you arrive home.

We design front yards, entry approaches, and full property surroundings that create that pull — the kind of curb appeal that makes you proud of where you live, and makes guests feel welcome before they've even knocked.

  • Welcoming entries — Plantings, pathways, and lighting that frame your home's best angles.
  • Views from inside — Landscapes designed to be enjoyed through windows, not just from the street.
  • Property value — Mature, well-designed landscaping is among the highest-ROI investments in residential real estate.

Native & Adapted Plantings

Built for the
Texas climate.

Beautiful doesn't have to mean difficult. The best Central Texas landscapes work with the land — drought-tolerant, naturally resilient, and more alive with every passing season.

Native & Adapted Plants

Species selected because they belong here — heat-resistant, drought-tolerant, and beautiful across every season without constant intervention.

Drought-Conscious Design

Smart plant placement, efficient irrigation zones, and material choices that reduce water dependency — without asking you to sacrifice the lush, layered look you want.

Long-Term Success

Landscapes that establish quickly and thrive on their own. No ongoing dependency on chemicals, heavy watering schedules, or constant care to stay beautiful.

From empty spaces to outdoor destinations.

Most homeowners don't know what their property is truly capable of — until they see it transformed.

A slope that collected runoff becomes a layered terrace of color and texture. A bare expanse behind the pool becomes a shaded retreat framed by mature plantings. A forgettable entry becomes the kind of approach that makes you proud to pull into your own driveway.

Landscapes change how a property feels — from the street, from the windows, from inside the garden itself. And that change doesn't just happen on installation day. It deepens as the planting matures, as the seasons shift, as the environment settles into something that feels like it was always meant to be there.

Why Fairfield

Twenty-five years. Hundreds of projects.
One standard of work.

Twenty-five years of design-build experience rooted in Central Texas — we design it, we build it, and we're accountable for every inch of it.

Design-build, in-house.

One team from first sketch to final installation. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no gaps between what was drawn and what gets built.

Rooted in Central Texas.

We know this soil, these slopes, and this climate. Twenty-five years of Central Texas experience means we know what thrives here — and what doesn't.

Always in the loop.

You'll hear from us throughout the project. Clear timeline, honest updates, and a finished result that matches the vision — every time.

Common Questions

Questions we hear most often.

Everything you'd want to know before starting a landscaping project in Central Texas.

Do you handle both design and installation?

Yes — we're a full design-build firm. The same team that draws your landscape is the team that installs it. There's no handoff to a separate contractor, which means no gaps between what was planned and what gets built.

How long does a typical landscaping project take?

Most residential projects take 2–4 weeks from installation start to completion. Larger scopes — those combining retaining walls, patios, drainage, and planting — may take longer. We'll give you a detailed timeline before any work begins.

When is the best time to start a project in Central Texas?

Fall is ideal — cooler temperatures let roots establish before summer, and rainfall is more reliable. That said, we work year-round and can design at any time. Spring installations also work well with proper care and watering during establishment.

Do you use native plants?

We strongly recommend them and incorporate natives into nearly every design. Native Texas plants are adapted to our climate, require far less water once established, and tend to look better year-round than non-native alternatives in Central Texas conditions.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Austin and the surrounding Central Texas region, including Westlake Hills, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and other nearby communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.

How is pricing determined?

Every project is unique, so pricing depends on scope, materials, and site conditions. We provide detailed estimates after an initial consultation and site visit. We're transparent about costs from the start — no hidden fees, no surprises at the end.
