What to expect on cost, timelines and where to start.
Not always. For a single pergola, deck or fence we can go straight to a proposal. For projects with several parts, like walls, grading, planting and lighting, a design plan makes sure everything fits together and saves changes mid-build.
It depends on scope. A pergola can be built in a day or two on site, and a patio cover usually takes about a month. A full hillside transformation like Clarion Cove took three months. You get a timeline in the proposal before anything starts.
